Thank you for choosing Satvikghee! We take pride in offering high-quality, pure ghee to nourish your body and soul. Because ghee is a consumable food item, our return and refund policy has been designed with hygiene, food safety, and customer satisfaction in mind.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of ghee:
Products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or are not in original sealed packaging cannot be returned.
Change of mind, taste preference, or ordering the wrong product are not eligible for return or refund.
We only accept returns in the following cases:
Damaged on Arrival: Product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or with compromised seals.
Incorrect/Product Not as Ordered: A different product was delivered than what you ordered.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused and unopened (except when confirming damage) and in original packaging.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Once received, our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.
If a return is approved:
We will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing time is typically 7-10 business days after approval.
Refunds are only issued when:
The product is confirmed to be damaged, wrong, or defective.
Exchange is not possible due to stock limitations.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them and only if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
For approved returns, we will provide instructions on return shipping.
Return shipping charges may apply at our discretion, depending on the reason for return.
